IMPEKT Limited is a UK-registered SME (Company No. 13093420) providing AI, software development, data engineering, and automation solutions to public and private sector clients.
Our registered office is at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

IMPEKT’s business model is digital-first and technology-based, with operations managed from the UK and supported by a network of software engineers, analysts, and project specialists.
Our supply chain primarily includes reputable UK and international providers of cloud hosting, IT hardware, and professional services.

Given our size and operational model, IMPEKT Limited considers the risk of modern slavery within our direct activities to be low but recognises the need for continued vigilance.

2. Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

IMPEKT Limited maintains a Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy which outlines our zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking.

Our policy commits us to:

Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Operate transparently, ethically, and with integrity in all relationships.
Prevent modern slavery within our business and supply chains.
Encourage reporting of any concerns and take prompt action where risks are identified.

3. Due Diligence Processes

IMPEKT implements due diligence processes to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not present in our business or supply chains. These include:

Supplier vetting during onboarding, including verification of ethical standards.
Requiring suppliers to comply with applicable laws and codes of conduct.
Contractual terms that allow for review or termination if unethical practices are identified.
Reviewing suppliers and partners periodically to ensure compliance.

4. Risk Assessment and Management

We regularly review the parts of our business and supply chain where risks of modern slavery or human trafficking could occur.
Although we operate in a low-risk sector (technology and software), we recognise potential risks associated with:

Overseas contractors or third-party service providers.
Manufacturing and logistics related to IT equipment.

To mitigate these risks, IMPEKT:

Selects suppliers based on ethical credentials.
Prefers cloud hosting providers committed to human rights and sustainability (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure).
Maintains direct oversight of contractor engagements and working conditions.

5. Measuring Effectiveness

IMPEKT measures its effectiveness in ensuring slavery and human trafficking are not taking place through:

Supplier compliance checks and contractual reviews.
Annual internal review of supply chain risks.
Reporting of any concerns or incidents (none recorded to date).
Continuous improvement of staff training and supplier management processes.

6. Training and Capacity Building

We ensure our team understands the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking by:

Including Modern Slavery awareness in employee onboarding.
Providing access to online training materials and resources.
Reinforcing our reporting procedures and escalation channels.
Ensuring key staff involved in procurement and supplier management are aware of their responsibilities.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of IMPEKT Limited and will be reviewed annually.
It is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Modern Slavery Statement for the financial year ending 31 May 2026.
